I need a professional website for a trading company.

General information for the website: Wholesale goods- Apparel/Household/Cosmetics/Fragrances etc
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 10-20
Description of every page/module: We are looking for a professional site which looks very sharp. We deal with large clients so want the site to look very polished. The site itself will incorporate a brief history of ourselves, availability to sign up to our site, a header to list our current products which will then break down into each offer. We have a database of around 3000 clients that we would like to incorporate into the back end. We would like to maildrop to these clients when we have new offers without going into their spam box. We do not need a payment system. Contact details and the usual Delivery/FAQ etc will also need to be added.

I would also like the option for the designer to photoshop our offers in the future ie making the background for our images white etc.

We have the domain already but would like to move from our current provider. We are based in the UK.
