I need a pro and multi talented website designer who can code and build websites

General information for the website: We are a startup business
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 5
Description of requirements/features: I am looking for a professional and experienced designer and website builder.

I need a responsive website for my start up business. This job is only for the first phase – brochure-ware website, but anyone bidding, needs to be able to deliver the requirements for phase 2 and 3, described below.

I am looking for someone that can
1. Design a professional looking website
2. Code and deploy the website
3. Help create content – I have some wording, but need help with banners and images, maybe incorporating screen shots of our application or parts of it.
4. A web design/built partner that can work with me over the coming years.

In this first phase, I am looking for a professional responsive website.

1. Home page – responsive with most of the detail about who we are and what we do. I can provide the copy and some concepts for banners and images – but they will need to be re-designed/created by you.
2. Contact Us Form – with Captcha protection – send email to admin
3. FAQ section – list of questions, when you click on a question, the answer expands out into view.
4. T&C’s page – I can provide the details.
5. Blog – I am keen to maintain a regular blog for news, updates and blog posts.

1. I would like to be able to update the website content myself.
2. This need to be secure, please demonstrate you understand how to ensure the site is secure and as ‘hack proof’ as possible, especially if using a CMS system.
3. The site needs to be fast loading and optimized for google and other search engines and SEO

I am keen to ensure whom ever I chose to build the website, can also help with the second and third phases too.

Second phase, will be to include a payment gateway and registration page. Which will need to generate an entry in our system DB plus a welcome email to send users their user ID and password (user ID and password will come from the database)

Third Phase, This will be a simple members area, where users can login, renew subscription, see Invoice, reset password, access help and video explainer section etc.

1. Please convince me, you are experienced in all of the requirements above. That you are able to design/build/deploy the requirements above.
2. Please show me example – professional responsive website designs.
3. Please show me example – members areas (or at least explain how you will do it.)
4. Show me examples of banners/images you have created.
5. I need a price for the phase 1 website, and a high level estimate for Phase 2 and 3.
6. Please provide estimates for a delivery for each of the three phases.
7. Please describe you on-going support and development costs, once the 3 phases are complete.

FYI
• I don’t have a set budget. Cheapest price wont win the business necessarily, I need to choose the right partner. Having said that, if I get to a short list of three, whom I believe can do the work – then the cheapest on the shortlist is likely to be selected.
• I have my own domain/hosting and can provide cpanel etc.
• I have a logo
• I have content – but will need your creative style to display and maybe include images and layout the content.
