No it is not all good.
PPH terms and conditions States that you need to complete the work before being paid. You never completed the work as you wanted to be paid before sending the high resolutions file.

Technically speaking we are not there either.
- 1 first element you didn't do one of the changes requested
- in element 2 you weren't able to change the words in the 3 places - basic skill for a graphic designer
- in element 4 you used a very small font and failed the "readability" test. I had to rewrite the content myself

On a personal note, you knew I was under a deadline - and according to PPH terms and contions I have 5 days to review your work, pay and rate you.
You never sent me the high resolution files (!) as you wanted to be paid first and you also were unrespectful of my time-bound restrained and start bombarding me on messages on Skype.

We do this procedure with every client at PPH and at other profiles also.At the time of releasing fund we submit the all final files.We have also told you at Skype to release the fund but at that time you have not told us anything about the final files.If you had released the payment at that time we were also ready to give final files.
