I need a classified ads website

Hi,

I am looking for a classified ads website. Something similar to GumTree etc..

Just a basic site where:

- users can upload their product for sale
- Businesses can put a business description and link to their site
- Admin section to administer the site
- Add Paypal so that users can buy a featured add
- Different categories, similar to the categories gumtree has.
- a few banners to sell advertising space on the side and footer of each page.

I am looking for a clean and fresh design, no real clutter, i am not fussed with what the site is built in, CMS, PHP, whatever, as long as it works well.

The site will need to be published online. I have a hosting account with Godaddy.

I want to get the project started asap and live online.
