I need a basic holding page, a virtual business card

General information for the website: I am an IT consultant, and need a single page website to place on my domain.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 1
Description of every page/module: I would like a single page, made in HTML (nothing else please), and well commented. You are free to use any design ideas you have (within reason).
The page should show the company name, a few paragraphs of text, and then contact details at the bottom. At present I want this to be my virtual business card.
The domain is mcbtechnical.com, which currently holds a basic page.
Design wise, I would like something striking, perhaps with a single large image as a background. Dont worry, web design isnt my area, and I have no design experience, so you want be revising this over and over again. Infact, if the HTML page is well commented, I would be happy to tweak items like the background image, and font myself.
