I Have a project partially built in laravel that needs a bit of work to be finished

I have a project being built in laravel, and the developer can not finish the project because of personal responsibilities.

The website is a job posting and listing site, connecting dental employers to job seekers in the dental industry.

This project was started in wordpress, but the CMS fell short so it was rebuilt in Laravel.

This site has some basic functions:
Employers can purchase a subscription using stripe credit card processor
Job seekers make free accounts.
Employers post jobs
Job seekers post resumes
each can contact each other via email from the site
there is a search function for both resumes and job listings.
and signed up members can favorite job postings / resumes they find

That's pretty much it, the design has been established already, and there are a few static pages like FAQ and Terms of Service.

A lot of this the developer has already finished, and is either functional or nearly set up already.
I have looked at his code extensively and can tell you that it is easy to work with.
