I am looking for someone to create a business website.

I am looking for someone to work with me to create a website.

The website will allow customers to advertise events for a fee and members of the public can then contact them through the website to attend the event.

I need to be able to update the content myself. The website must be able to process payments through cards and paypal. It needs to hold a database of customers. Customers need to be able to rate and review the events. Customers need to be able to create accounts directly on the site or through google and facebook.
