HUGO + Tailwind Static Site deployment

I have a basic static site built using HUGO that renders content using tailwind and some JSON documents saved into the repo. I need the following:

* Deploy the website to our domain (via AWS S3 bucket) and have it update daily (there are about 3,000 pages to render using one template)
* Migrate the page rendering from JSON stored in the repo to our API endpoints
* Improve the responsive design of the website and navigation (some support currently, it just looks weird around some breakpoints)
* Provide guidance about what parts of the current implementation should remain as a hugo theme or refactored elsewhere.
