HTML5 Draggable banner

I have an animated HTML5 banner built using Flash Canvas. Currently it loops, on the timeline, but this doesn't work well and I would rather loop it with code.

*What I need is the banner to loop (With code) but also be interactive so the user can drag it left and right. If they let go, it keeps looping.*

Note from client: In the version you sent us, you had the main function call within the tags of your html. Please don’t do this with the About Us animation. In future you should make sure to account for the fact that the animation should work when integrated in any place holder, just relying on its own asset like a div id or whatever, certainly not the body or any other element. That way we can directly copy and paste your code into any page element.

I will send the Flash file on acceptance.
