Html Programmer

I'm looking for someone (ideally in Derbyshire, UK or Sevenage, UK) who has experience with html website design.

In particular I am looking for someone to help build newsletters and can program using inline css.

This person would ideally have a bit of flair about them and also beable to understand instructions and work on their own steam

currently I need someone to work for 2 weeks afterwards we can look at how we go forward from there.

Ideally I am look for someone who undertands the following:

1) To follow instructions to the letter
2) Can solve html problems without the need of assistance
3) Lyris HQ' system as well (not a must, but would be useful)
4) How to code Html for newsletters not website

I have priced this job is between £400 - £600 and this represents the whole 2 week job
