HTML CSS expert needed - 25 +- pages

I have finalized designs in Figma, and the development has already been completed in WordPress. Separate designs exist for desktop and mobile.

I am now looking for a highly skilled HTML/CSS expert with solid PHP knowledge who can refine the existing implementation and ensure the layout is pixel-perfect and matches the Figma designs 110% accurately.

Scope of Work:

Ensure pixel-perfect alignment with Figma designs

Match fonts, spacing, line heights, margins, paddings, and overall layout exactly

Fine-tune responsive behavior for desktop and mobile designs

No new development required — this is purely UI/UX and layout refinement

Requirements:

Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress

Good understanding of PHP (for WordPress theme adjustments if needed)

Proven experience in pixel-perfect Figma-to-HTML/WordPress implementation

Ability to work efficiently under a tight deadline
