Description of requirements/features: We need to process the HTML coding for our site. The first task need to be coded - is our frontend page. We have the PSD files already.
NOTE: additionally we'd like to adjust the front end page for 3 devices: ipad/iphone and finally receive responsive HTML coding estimation. Still our designer didn't prepare all the psd for mobile devices so might be some additional work required to prepare the blocks for mobile view before coding.
