Hotel Review Website

Description of requirements/features: I'm looking to develop a website (and eventually an App) for a new hotel review website.

It's very simple really, it's a simple version of tripadvisor but works like Twitter. So basically, there will be a 'search function' for the hotels list and each time it's going to be reviewed (the hotel that is) all the other reviews will show but it won't be essays of writing, the user will have a limited amount of characters e.g. fantastic hotel, excellent location... or... food poor, room to small and quite dirty.... so it's just picking out the main points of the users impressions.

With this in mind, it will have social media links to it. Overall, a simple slick and easy to use website which will have the search function on the main page and very fun and clear text around just to let the user know how it works.

hotels.com do an affiliate program and as part of that program I believe you can link their hotel database of 220,000 properties to a search function, perhaps via their own API.

CMS and Admin requirements: Preferably wordpress based or similar CMS so that we can check in during the build and make some changes ourselves in future.
