High Level (GoHighLevel) Setup – Trial Task (SMS,FORMS)

Hi, I recently posted a more detailed job involving High Level (GoHighLevel), including building out a full membership platform. If you responded to that post, please read this updated version carefully — I am now starting with a smaller trial task before assigning the full project.
I’m on the $97/month High Level plan, and I need this initial setup handled quickly and professionally.
TRIAL TASK – WHAT I NEED NOW:
1. Add 150 existing contacts to High Level
– Import contacts from my current email list into the correct HL campaign/workflow
2. Connect HL to WordPress form on homepage
– Homepage form currently collects: Name, Email, Mobile
– It currently sends data to my email — I now want it integrated directly into a High Level campaign
– After submission, the lead lands on a Thank You page, which contains a second form (a questionnaire)
3. Set up SMS and email automation
– Once the homepage form is submitted:
a. A confirmation email and SMS should be sent automatically
– When the second (thank-you page) form is submitted:
a. Another automated SMS + email should be sent confirming the next steps
– The entire flow should feel seamless, branded, and professional
4. Enable SMS inside High Level
– Set up Twilio (or an alternative) to enable SMS send/receive within HL
– Configure auto-responses or smart replies where appropriate
5. Optional: WhatsApp Integration
– If you’re experienced, I’d also like to explore connecting WhatsApp (not essential for this task)
NEXT PHASE – MEMBERSHIP SETUP (Future Work Opportunity)
If this trial task is completed to a high standard, you’ll be hired to:
• Build a membership site in High Level, starting with Bronze tier
• Add Silver and Gold tiers later
• You must have experience in High Level's membership/course features

4. Have you worked with WordPress forms and High Level campaigns before?

6. Optional: Have you integrated WhatsApp with High Level before?

Note: I’m aware this is a focused task that should take around 5–8 hours for an experienced HL expert. I’m happy to pay a fair fixed fee based on that scope — please quote accordingly and provide samples.
