Help with Wordpress site

I have an existing Wordpress site (http://getplantabox.com). But I am not an expert at managing in Wordpress. Here's what I need help with:

1. I will provide new content for the site. I will need someone to swap the content on my behalf.
2. Once the site is live/launched, I will need someone to send me a daily report of the emails through through site.

These are simple tasks. Please be reasonable with your proposal costs.
