Help with cpanel to upload one website

Hello

I have transferred one new domain to my cpanel and need some help to make the website work (i have a zip folder of the website files) , including sorting out DNS settings for the website and email.

Additionally i would like someone to check the existiing settings on there to make sure everything is working properly.

i dont believe this will take long for a competent person, however
I welcome cost proposals if the offer is too low, with some details why it should be more.
