Can you share the URL of the site?
If you can't or don't want to share the site URL at this stage, can you advise the theme and any page builder used as too any gallery specific plugin as appropriate?
This will allow an initial assessment as to the gallery feature as some themes / page builders / plugins make the task efficient / less efficient as the case may be.
