we would like someone proficient to manage and improve our current Google Adwords account, which will involve keyword research setting up a Google Analytic s account and implementation for successful Google Adwords campaigns, which has 3 add groups with approx 20/30 keywords

This project is for us to maximize our return on investment on all of our Google AdWords spend . We will determine measurement of the success of Google AdWords in the number of leads generated; a lead is a completed enquiry form or call.
