Google Adwords Expert Needed ASAP Account Mngt & Troubleshooting

I am looking to hire a Google Adwords expert who can
assist in:

1) Troubleshooting Adwords related issues
2) Manage Client accounts on an hourly basis

Here is the big issue I am dealing with right now. One of my PPC clients
is currently spending $10,000+ per month on Adwords. About a week ago,
their Wordpress site got hacked and all ads were immediately disapproved due to the
malicious code or unwanted software message.

My developers went through the site and cleaned it so it no longer had
any malicious code on it. We even got a confirmation from the Google Search
Console panel that it was clean.

We resubmitted it to the Adwords team and after 4 days, finally got a call back
saying there was still malicious code on the site. They even emailed us a list
of those links, which were just links on our site, but NONE of those links contained
any kind of malicious code at all.

So, this client has been shut down for a whole week. To try and speed things up,
we rolled out a new clickfunnels website on a new domain. I had one of the owners
sign up for another Adwords account with new billing info. I thought for sure that
we'd be able to move forward with that while I continued discussing with the main
domain with the Ads support team.

This morning, the 'NEW' Adwords account on a brand new domain, which is hosted on Clickfunnels
came back with the malicious code warning on all the ads. I don't understand why that has happened.

I'm ready to hire someone today who can fix this issue in the shortest period
of time possible. But in addition to that, I also need account management for
about 5-7 PPC clients every month. I will only be paying on an hourly basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

* You must be an expert at Adwords with a proven track record of success
* Your English must be perfect (or close to it)
* You need to know how to send reports that are clear and look nice (and have perfect English)!

Please give me 2 examples of success with Adwords campaigns that you have previously managed. Why should I choose you instead of someone else?
