Good HTML/CSS developer, good at CSS animations also

Hey guys, my usual HTML guy is going for work experience so I need someone to cover.

Type of work is usually taking Sketch or PSD files and being able to convert them into HTML. I am very fussy on design work so I need someone who can see designs and understand quickly.

You must be someone that can work alone, where I do not have to keep explaining or helping you. You must be confident and strong in HTML.
