Get Template working on gpdaddy

Hello, i have a small task for phase 1, i need someone to help get my website clone template working, currently all script files are uploaded and the DB has been conifgured, i having trouble with my website showing when browsing to the URL. Once this task has been done there is going to be phase 2, which will invlove the customisation of the template, adding logins, changing colours, adding new features.
