Could you please confirm whether you already have wireframes and all required images/assets ready for development? This will help in refining the effort and providing a realistic proposal. The budget of £275 seems very low for such scope, as it involves multi-user management, live streaming, booking, and payments which typically take a dedicated team and several weeks of work.
