Frontend & Backend Template Customisation

Hello,

I've purchased the following templates...
Frontend:

I'm looking for a developer to compile a website for me from these templates, less than 10 pages on the frontend and about the same on the backend, but backend developer must know PHP or be able to develop for MySQL interaction, to push and pull queries.

I can give a full sitemap and more details on request, frontend has no login/auth features - simple content for viewers.
Backend will involve an auth login system, plus uploading CSV files to insert into table rows, editing and viewing row data on a very basic level.
