Front end developer for few tasks

I have an on going application and I need to add few UI to it.

The tasks are:
1. Create a search method where the search item button will popup the search results in a modal window.
1.1 The user selects the item to update from the search results from the modal window. Once selected he will redirected to the main window and the modal will be closed. The item will populate the following:
* Item code (not editable)
* item description (not editable)
* item quantity (editable only with numbers!!)
remarks (this will be text area editable please)

Save button to save the object in the backend.

Technology used:
Javascript, bootstrap and potentially DevExpress Gridview (OPTIONAL) & Ajax call.

Fairly straight forward task that should take couple hours for experience front end developer.

This is first tasks of many to come.
