Freelance Wordpress Developer for Membership Site

We’re looking for a freelance Wordpress Developer who can create a membership portal integrated with an LMS to host self-paced video courses (videos to be available in third-party hosting platforms like youtube/ aws/ vimeo). Primary features include:

Sign-up and login mechanisms

Sign-up to be a 3 stage process:

• Stage 1: creation/ verification of user credentials (name, email id, phone no., city, state, country)
• Stage 2: capturing users' education details (highest degree, field of study, year of graduation, college, university etc.)
• Stage 3: capturing users' work experience details (#years of experience, #years of IT experience, current company, current designation etc.)

Note: Upon logging in, users will not be automatically directed to the LMS/ their profile. They would instead be routed to the webpage where they logged in/ signed up from.

LMS

• To create courses (eLearning, video recordings, projects/ downloadables etc.) with completion rates
• Courses may be free, paid, or partially paid
- partially paid means some components of the courses would be available only after payment
• Gamification based on course completion, attendance, certificates' earned etc.
• Sitewide user profile should be directly available on the LMS
• Users should be able to update their information (captured while signing up), check purchase history, view coins (gamification), view activity history
• Other assets
- In addition to courses, the portal will also need to have dedicated categories and pages on other assets, including
 Live online masterclasses
 Non-members would be prompted to register for the portal, upon which they automatically get enrolled into the masterclasses
 Members (who are logged in) can directly register from the webpage
 Recorded videos
SEO
• The website's pages (not course-content) to be made open to search engines for indexing
• Analytics integration (google analytics, tag manager etc.)
• Core web vitals (web.dev) needs to be 80+ on mobile, and 90+ on web

Plugins
• Standard plugins to be included
- For on-page optimization (Rankmath/ Yoast)
- Security (Sucuri)
- Change logs
- Automated backups
• (Preferably) use a theme/ plugin that also generates play store/ app store app code
• (required) the database needs to be configured in a way that restricts logs to a maximum of 100 MB (per file), with max 1-week worth of logs to be retained

Payment integration

• Site admin should be able to define paid courses/ assets, free courses/ assets, paid course components
• Examples of components may include examinations that lead to certificates in courses, recordings of live events, projects
• Payment gateway would be Razorpay
• Receipts, invoices etc. need to be auto-generated and sent on email to concerned users
