Development of a flat HTML website to be built using an existing design template. Details of the project are included in the attached document.
The website should be flat and doesn’t need to be hooked up to a CMS or built on any frameworks, this will be done at a later stage. The template should have most of the features required for the project, but some minor custom front-end development may be required.
Just to be clear, no functionality such as login, sign up, contact form submission is needed, as this will be done at a later stage. All we need is a flat website built from the template.
