Fix problems wordpress website

We have a problem on the blog on our page about gold investment insiderinvest. It was intended that all blog posts should appear on the page https://insiderinvest.dk/vidensbank/ but we can see that they do not. There is only the latest blog post. When you then go to one blog post, the latest here https://insiderinvest.dk/sadan-skal-du-investere-i-guld-aktier/ then you can then click on "previous" at the bottom, so here you can see earlier blog posts. We really want that removed, if possible? (check before answer). So that the focus is solely on, and the option, is just to click on the link to the home page.

We have also tried to delete / remove what is just below the headline, with when and by whom the article was written, but we do not succeed either.

In addition, we are looking to possibly have a regular supporter to help with posting, minor corrections, etc. as above, so it may possibly be a long-term collaboration if both parties feel like it.
