Hi, I had a developer who siad could do a job but he can't. He only started the website and after 2 months is still/actually worse than it was

this is how it should be http://www.5starweddingdirectory.com/, not so complicated, but definitely is a directory, which has to be very easy to navigate, with a itlay map visibile in each page, with people to join our facebook group so to insert their email addresses in each page and very visible and also add one search box and delete the double search boxes that they put. It can be very similar to airbnb as well, as long as the members in the directory have their own profile and contact details and that for the user is easy to move around the website and search. A lot of people don;t know Italy so the map has to be visible.
Attached also a brief explaination. Can you pls let me know if you can do it, the time frame nd how much it costs
