Facelift of a small crm site

We've a small/new crm site, built on the templates of adminlte. The site has 10-15 primary pages, with a handful of sub pages/tabs. The crm technically works perfect, however, we feel that now is the time for a facelift/overhaul of the front end UX and to ensure the site if mobile browser friendly.

I'm interested in hearing from front end designers, who are able to demonstrate examples of their design attributes, if this is limited to a handful of templates from other sites, then please don't waste either of our time.
