Facebook / Meta Conversions API

I am currently using woocommerce/wordpress for my website, and utilising plugin Pixel your site for my Conversions API and tracking. However, it seems this isn't working properly - if at all; and I need to get this sorted immediately. It may mean logging in and optimising the current setup, or potentially installing the CAPI differently and not using that specific plugin to automate things. None of my events are currently sending Facebook user information back to the pixel, as far as I can see- which obviously would be the best way to optimise. Experienced developer required for this project.
