    Is there a reason for such a tight turnaround time?
    The timeline suggested doesn't allow for both design and build and taking account of iteration (freelancer to client to freelancer for feedback).

    Can you also expand on:
    - the type of business the site is for
    - target audience
    - functionalities required beyond a contact form
    - assets will be provided and / or need editing (images / audio / video...)

    Anything else that would help so as to send a proposal that offers recommendations; strategy to implement; timeline and cost.
