Experienced Wordpress Dev - initial tasks $100 then ongoing work

I need an experienced wordpress developer to help with some small urgent tasks. Once these are done we need ongoing support for wordpress sites and building out pages from figma ongoing.

You must be able to display experience with wordpress and removing elementor.
We will be removing elementor from a website over time but the first tasks are:

We have an existing WordPress site that we are removing Elementor from the homepage for page speed.
Here are a number of tasks we require.

1. Implement Mega Menu And Update (we already have the mega menu in place on a dev you will need to migrate this into the main staging version of the site. You will need to be able to help us update sections of the mega menu as well.

2. Implement the new Responsive Hero on the homepage from the old version. We have the new hero in figma ready to go, it has mobile, tablet and desktop.

3. Implement and connect the blog, we already have the blog and some blogs ready to go


Once this is done we have more work on other pages.
Mainly removing elementor and going to straight html css for speed and also we have new row's and sections and new pages we want to implement.
