The changes required are:

1. Gas Services, especially GAS Safety Certificate page, we need to make these pages more appealing and targeted for marketing, as they are landing pages and advertised.

2. When clients go to the payment page when making an order, we are getting call after call from clients that say they don’t want to pay up front before they get an appointment. There is a drop down that you can select pay now, pay later and bank transfer but people are just not getting it. We need to change this to make it clear they can select to pay later.

3. Fire Risk Assessments – I think we have a page for this under more services but it is hidden as we didn’t want it to display. If it is there, we need to make this live again asap as I need to advertise this service.

4. Postcode system on order system is still having issues, the billing address and property postcode is swapping over, when clients submit an order.
