Epos Now system integration with magento api

We are now in the process of changing our epos till in our brick and mortar store however need to integrate our Magento store as well using API. Please see below link:

We are looking for someone to integrate this but also require someone to export all our Magento inventory over to our epos till.

Simple way may be to download all inventory and upload to epos however if you have any knowledge you may be able to do this an easier way.

Epos system we will be using is called "epos now".

Looking for someone to start as straight away.
