Email Deliverability Issues: PTR, DMARC, and DKIM Setup Needed

I'm looking for an expert to resolve email deliverability issues that are causing my business emails to land in spam folders, particularly for Hotmail/Outlook addresses. The issues identified include setting up a correct Reverse DNS (PTR) record, ensuring the DKIM signature matches the "from" domain, and correcting the DMARC record. These configurations are critical for improving email trust and ensuring our messages reach clients’ inboxes. The domain is 11 months old, registered with GoDaddy, with email services provided by Microsoft. Unfortunately, both providers have been unable to assist, repeatedly directing me back to each other.
