Edit a WordPress Template

Hi All,

I have a WordPress page at vm3.co.uk. It uses the Qaro theme.

I want to remove the menu, VM logo and language bar at the top of the page and the black footer at the bottom of the page.

I tried the "One Page" template option bu this did not make any difference.

If I rem out the header and footer code in the "One Page" template file, I loose the header and footer data but also all the CSS information.

I need the "one Page" template file modified to just remove the menu, VM logo and language bar at the top of the page and the black footer at the bottom of the page but leave the CSS data alone.
