Documentation Tool for Clinical Encounters

I'm looking to build software to manage a medical office. I have an existing application built in Node/React though it's far from complete. I have a specification document and videos I can send to further illustrate the functionality for those who are interested.

The software involves common development items (scheduler, task management, communications, etc) as well as an uncommon one (building a charting tool that allows documentation of medical encounters). There are numerous modules and interfaces I would ultimately like to implement but not now. Ideally I'd like to get the charting tool done first then work on other modules later.

This project will need revisions over many years; thus, I'm looking for a long-term partner. Thanks for your interest.
