    Is it possible to see your existing website? Your budget is very low for any kind of development work, let alone a whole website development/update/rebuild.

    Are you able to reconsider your budget? Or perhaps you weren't sure what to put, so it's just a placeholder...?

    Either way, your current job description still leave a lot to the imagination. Do you have a fully detailed website brief/spec that you can share along with your existing website address/URL?
