Develop a user registration system for my WordPress website

This project aims to develop a user registration and authorisation system for my WordPress educational website.

The system will allow parents to create primary accounts which then facilitate the registration of linked student accounts. With their parent accounts, guardians can purchase courses and assign access to their students.

Students will be able to browse available courses and request enrollment, generating a notification to their associated parent account. Guardians will then have the ability to fulfill enrollment requests from their dashboard. Critical to the workflow is ensuring seamless communication between related parent and student profiles.

Four customized pages will be constructed with Elementor page builder to accommodate the user flows. A registration page will sign up new users. A dedicated login portal will authenticate existing members. A parent dashboard will center account management and course procurement activities. Likewise, a student profile area focuses student-facing features.

For a polished user experience, registration and login buttons will be incorporated into the main site header for convenient access across the site. Additionally, selective page password protection can limit certain admin content to only logged in users. Non-authenticated visitors to guarded pages will be presented an inline modal for signing up or signing in.

Design of the member interfaces will match the aesthetic of the client's website theme. The implementation will avoid exposing any WordPress backend elements to provide users a native application-like interface. For quality assurance, the registration and authorization mechanics will be tested on a local development
