    Assume you are suggesting a fixed fee of £275 per site, if not, do advise.

    For item 1.
    It's not easy to appreciate your vision of flashy so if you have any sample sites you believe help evoke what you are after, that would be great.

    For item 2.
    if you are able to expand on the requirements such as:
    - hosting plan you use
    - domain purchased or not
    - themes / plugins
    - content
    - - including pages / posts / products
    - - copy text / assets (images - videos - documents)
    - the audience you're targeting
    - structure
    this is the minimum but if you provide full details, even better.
