Design and Development of an MVP - React/Vue

I've got a very simple idea and would like to get someone to design and develop this website/app. As its an MVP its not going to have all the bells and whistles to start with but if it does proof to be useful and used a lot then there is plenty of scope to build this out.

The idea is to help people learn to handwrite. Users will use the site by doing the following:

1. fill out an input field (eg people per hour)
2. this will generate 5 sections with the filled in text (the text will be a font which is ideal for writing over - I'll provide the font)
3. the user will be able to add more sections one at a time
4. the user can change the level of difficulty either for all or at each section so they can progressively improve (this will change the font appropriate to the difficulty)
5. user can print out the generated sections only.

Site needs to be responsive, fast and optimised.

By trade I am developer myself and have over 20 years development in backend and frontend technologies working in large scale websites, but I'm just to busy to even start looking at developing this.

I will be providing a repo for all the work to go into and will be checking the code as I'm a stickler for clean & reusable code.
I will provide the UX for the website/app
I have my own hosting so no need for this.
