Design and build of a website for UK based company

General information for the website: Logistics and courier business
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 6 or 7
Description of every page/module: The pages will be roughly:

A homepage with a single large professional photo, along with a brief descriptive paragraph of the functions of the company. Each page should be 2 tone black and white, with a our shade of blue being the single theme colour throughout. I will post a link further on to give you an idea of what I'm aiming for

An 'who we are' page, detailing a brief history of the company, with key figures and details.

Time Critical services, the industries served. This page will be a single long scrolling page, with a menu directing you to certain market sectors further down the page. Same Day dedicated vehicles, Next Day Worldwide, Air Freight/AOG, Urgent Documents, On Board Courier, and industries served

Freight Management and 3PL - a page detailing our freight forwarding services, a single scrolling page, intercut with screenwide images.

Events and Installations - A page detailing our services, again a single page with 5 subsections for film and TV, Events and live productions, Computer and Medical Systems, Automotive and Industrial

Energy - A page detailing our fuel tanker operations, with sub sections for road fuels transport, aviation fuel services, bulk liquid repackaging

News - possibly

Contact - a page with 3 maps with 3 locations with addresses and contact numbers in Sheffield, Hatfield and Heathrow
Description of requirements/features: If you have a suggestion for a platform, I'm open to ideas, as long as I'm able to make modifications to text and images, I'll be happy. Search engine optimisation, and twitter integration will be required. The website will be purely a window on the business, and will not be required to handle payments or anything like that. It must function well on a smartphone.
CMS and Admin requirements: I must be able make changes to images and text

Extra notes: http://www.hacksawstudio.com/profile/ - I really like the simplicity and colour of this website. I would like ours to be very much along the same lines, with a single tone of blue being the colour, while the images will remain black and white. Furthermore, I like the image, followed by text, followed by image followed by text layout. This also makes it simple to view on a phone or tablet. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
