Design 3 static website pages using CSS, HTML and/or JS

I am currently building a website for a new business and want a web designer to create a nice-looking, clean (preferably zigzag layout but open to other ideas) web pages for the site. See attachments below for examples of the aesthetic that I'm looking for.

The website is built on a platform called Brilliant Directories and it uses HMTL, CSS and JS to make the front-end design that I understand is similar to the WordPress platform.

I have all of the content itself but need it put into an easily digestible, clean and sleek style so it should be very straightforward for a good web designer familiar with WordPress and similar web design programmes.
