Customizing a wordpress plugin called terrawallet.

I need the following customization's too terrawallet. Terrawallet is a wallet which allows customers to top up there account.

1. Fix issue with plugin currency not changing correctly when using woocommerce-multi-currency
2. Move and customize location of menu balance.
3. Make plugin go to cart first before checkout.
4. Make checkout of normal products only possible via terrawallet.
5. Allow other payment methods only when topping up.
6. Fix issue with custom cart showing a shipping option when wallet topup is in cart.
7. Checkout should show no fields name etc when toping up
