Customisation of WPForms and Views for WPForms plugins

I'm in need of a Wordpress expert with great WPForms plugin knowledge to create a bespoke form that connects to a table of information in the user backend of my Wordpress website.

There is a wpform on the website already that connects to a plugin called 'Views' for wpforms, which shows a table of information from the form.

I'd like to customise and edit these to work/ show information mentioned in the brief.

A PDF from admin to customer upload feature mentioned in the brief would be needed too.

I've attached a brief and supporting documents. The brief also includes a set of login details to the backend so you can see what it's about.

If anything doesn't make sense, please ask me questions.
