Custom website modification

I had a custom website made but the developer did not finish, there are some things that need to get fixed but since I already payed the developer in full they just keep giving me the runaround for the last minor changes, need some one that can go over the code and figure out what goes where, the changes I need are minor, just adding some notes and re arranging some things. This is the unfinished website, www.allmymoods.com
Im attaching power points of the updates needed, but I guess we can go over them in a call to be sure.
