CSS front end developer and WP theme customisation

General information for the website: We are a mico-agency in London with various clients. We design and build websites.
Description of requirements/features: I'm looking for a front end developer for ongoing work. As I have grown, I have been doing everything myself. It's now got to the point where I am building a small team. I'm selling in really simple customisations of Wordpress templates based on the Divi theme which includes the excellent page builder. We design in Photoshop, then sites get built on our server, typically using Divi and a range of off the shelf plugins, then deployed on the client's domain.

The general tasks I'm looking to outsource are:
• Customisation of Divi theme via CSS, HTML and Wordpress to match PSDs
• Some CSS coding from scratch
• Management and attention to detail of all responsive and adaptive states
• Clean, cross browser, all platform code
• Clearing of bug lists
• Working on a staging server and deploying to live
• Simple setting up of domain name where necessary
• English native speaker
• Ideally near London
• Available for client meetings in London from time to time
• Strategic and intelligent thinker
• Problem solver
• Extremely attentive to detail

I have two live projects that need some attention this week.
I'm pitching all the time for new projects. Plenty of ongoing work as we grow.
