Description of requirements/features: I need someone to work on one page of a static HTML/ CSS website. The website is just a prototype and for concept purpose. Website is based on Bootstrap.
Please take a look at attached do for requirements. Everything is very straight forward except maybe the second part (B) which involves css animations.
Please quote how long you think it will take roughly in bid as its pretty urgent
