Create webpage from a Pixso design

I have a design in Pixso and I need to convert it into
a static webpage. Later someone else will convert this
static page into a interactive page (add Javascript to it).
The design also contains hints at how the responsivity should
be addressed.
Pixso contains a dev mode showing the CSS parts of the page but
these must be manually compiled into a webpage. Moreover, we have
a certain format of the webpage that needs to be respected.
The page contains 6 sections, mostly boxes with a caption and
some text. It is 1728px x 3817 px, i.e. not very big, just that
you have some basic idea how big it is.
I may have more such tasks in case of success.
The selected collaborator will receive a ZIP file with the necessary
data.
As a success criterion, I will look at the page and try to change the
size of the browser window whether it works as expected according to
the desgin.
