Create PHP Search/Filter Page querying MySQL DB.

I need to create a PHP search/filter page which queries my back end MySQL database.

1) Search & Filter based on criteria / questions answered by a user when they update their profile on the site.
2) The filter section must be minimized / hidden at first until the user clicks on it to expand it so it looks tidy and not all the options are shown. These filters match certain key traits of the influencer profile e.g. are vegetarian, plays football, eat's healthily etc.
3) After these results are displayed, the user can then further sort the results by number of followers / amount of remuneration the influencer wants. (Ascending / Descending)
